In 1986 Graeme and Trish Pilcher established a small family building business. Initially we subcontracted ourselves out but we soon developed a desire to work on our own projects with a focus on quality. We completed our first large project in 1988 and this helped begin developing our reputation for quality. Before long we were ready to expand our team and taking on more projects. In 1990 we formed the company and continued to expand our company.

Our company has a reputation for high quality workmanship which is integral to the sustainability of our business. Our company and staff are proud of our work and the awards we have won over the years and our passion for quality continues with every project we undertake. We gain most of our work through word of mouth and repeat business.

Developing meaningful relationships with our clients throughout the duration of each project is important to us. Our firm maintains clear communication with our clients throughout the duration of each project to ensure our clients are up-to-date from start to finish.

We like to be involved in local community events, charities and education. We regularly participate and organise fundraisers for worthy causes.

We value education and have trained many apprentices who continue to work with us and in the community. We see the apprenticeships as an important initiative to help young people gain skills and confidence and to contribute further in the community and improve their self worth. We also sponsor competitions, trade awards and awareness programs in local schools each year we believe this benefits us all.
